Levi began his career in Real Estate at as an Investment Sales Associate at EPIC Commercial Realty, where he focused in the Bedford-Stuyvesant & Crown Heights neighborhood(s). As an Investment Sales Associate, he gained comprehensive knowledge about the framework of NYC real estate market, real estate transactions and valuation. He was involved in transactions across a broad range of asset classes, in emerging, opportunistic markets throughout Brooklyn, over the course of his tenure at his previous role.

Levi has a proven track record of assisting individual property owners with their commercial real estate disposition needs. He brings transparency to the convoluted transaction process; helping his clients achieve prices which have continually set new market ceilings. Levi facilitates transactions by applying market data to create streamlined, network driven matchmaking process which aligns an offering from a seller(s), with the current acquisition criteria of potential buyers.

At XRE Levi focuses on transactions in the borough of Brooklyn, while championing our mission to add transparency and simplicity to the commercial real estate market.

Outside of XRE, Levi is an active member of  Chabad and works in close collaboration with its institutions to bring outreach, humanitarian aid, religious, cultural and educational services to individuals across the world. He has lived in several countries around the world, ranging from India to Argentina, helping to grow the local communities. Levi strives to apply the underpinnings of Chabad; Wisdom, Understanding, and Knowledge, to his life and XRE's mission.

Levi is an avid Yankees fan and often fantasizes about a possible Jets playoff run. He resides in Crown Heights and loves spending time with his family and friends.
